Gail Zarbin
Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Since 2014, Gail has worked as Egg Donor America’s resident Social Worker. She specializes in conducting psychological evaluations and providing counseling for surrogates, egg donors, embryo donors, and intended parents. She is a member of several medical and fertility associations, including the American Society of Reproductive Medicine (ASRM), RESOLVE: The National Infertility Association, the National Association of Social Workers (NASW) and Family Equality Council.
As an adoptive mother of two children, she uses her personal knowledge and understanding of assisted family building in her work. Her own personal experience is what inspires her to help people with the journey of family building and all of the decisions that it entails.
“I love that I can make a difference to help the donors understand the positive and deep impact of their choice to be a donor. I want egg donors to know that the choice to be a donor will be a rewarding experience, as they have given an individual or couple the joy of being a parent and having a family. There is no greater gift.”
