The power of kindness
I wanted to take a moment to personally share our experience with Erin Reynoso, because I believe exceptional people deserve to be recognized.
My wife Vanessa and I recently purchased six donor eggs through Egg Donor America. Erin has been accompanying us throughout this process, and after a lot of coordination over the past weeks, our eggs are now scheduled to be shipped this coming Monday to our fertility center in Arlington.
Throughout this entire process, Erin has been absolutely extraordinary.
From a professional standpoint, she has been outstanding: responsive, reliable, proactive and incredibly helpful. But what impressed us even more is something that cannot really be taught — the amount of genuine empathy, kindness and humanity she brings to her work.
This process is obviously much more than a transaction for the people going through it. It is emotional, sometimes stressful, and enormously important to us. Erin has always understood that. At no point did we feel like just another case or another couple on a long list.
She listened to us, understood our concerns, followed up when things became difficult, helped move things forward and repeatedly went beyond what we would normally expect from someone in her position.
What has touched us most is that we genuinely felt that she cared about what happens to us.
That is something very rare.
I actually asked Erin more than once where I could leave a positive review for her, because I wanted to make sure that the people she works with know what an exceptional job she is doing. She never really directed us anywhere, which is why I decided to contact you directly.
I believe that companies can have excellent processes and excellent medical partners, but ultimately it is people who determine how an experience feels. Erin has made an enormous difference to our experience with Egg Donor America.
Vanessa and I feel incredibly fortunate that our paths crossed with hers.
Whatever the outcome of our fertility journey may ultimately be, we will always remember the kindness, compassion and support Erin showed us during this period of our lives.

My experience with Washington Fertility Center has been nothing short of amazing. From the very first consultation, I felt supported, informed, and genuinely cared for. Dr. Asmar and the entire team were incredibly compassionate, professional, and attentive throughout the entire journey.
They took the time to explain every step of the process in detail, always answered my questions promptly, and made what could have been a very overwhelming time feel manageable and hopeful. The nurses, front desk staff, and lab technicians were all kind, organized, and truly invested in our success.

Helpful, timely care
I have been here 3 times. The staff is great. Lan, Audrey, and Erin are helpful and answer any questions I have. Dr. Asmar is great as well! I will continue to come here in the future. Receptionists greet you as soon as you walk in and appointments are on time!
